Before you tell us “you cannot train, I have no court to use, my gym is closed” – let’s flick the switch and find solutions! (aka growth mindset)
The above are excuses we hear all too often. Reality – yes we have minimal courts BUT you have two arms, two legs, you have a roof over your head, you have a driveway, you have fresh air to breathe and you have an oval, beach, park or outdoor court nearby, perhaps even a ring at your house & no doubt a basketball.
Basically you have a multitude of ways to work on your game no matter where you are or what parameters are being enforced.
Whilst we are attempting to be safe and stop the flow of COVID-19, we are also preparing your inevitable return to playing. We are going to use this time to get better at things we do not normally work on or pay little attention to. That way when the day comes and stadium doors re-open you are READY, FIT & STRONG mentally & physically to go and there is no spike in injury from not doing anything!!
