The Annual General Meeting (AGM) is a key event in the Association’s calendar, providing members with the opportunity to reflect on the past year’s achievements and elect the Board for the year ahead. The AGM includes the presentation of reports from the President, Secretary, and Treasurer, along with the confirmation of previous meeting minutes, appointment of an auditor (if required), and discussion of any matters submitted in advance. All members are notified at least seven days prior with an agenda, ensuring transparency and engagement in the governance of the Association.
