Inclusive Basketball Programs
At Diamond Valley Basketball Association, we believe that basketball has the remarkable ability to unite all people. We are proud to offer a range of inclusive basketball programs that create opportunities for individuals of diverse backgrounds and abilities to come together, connect, and excel on and off the court.
Ausome Hoops
We have continued our partnership with Ausome Hoops who will be delivering 8 sessions in Term 1, their program specifically structured for young people with Autism. Ausome Hoops is a basketball program that provides a safe and inclusive space where young people aged 5 – 16 years old on the spectrum can learn new basketball skills, get active and make new friends in a judgement free environment that may be present in other mainstream programs.
