Welcoming back Carly Turner, to the Diamond Valley Eagles is a momentous occasion for both the Carly and the team. Having showcased her prowess as a key player and junior at Diamond Valley, she will now return to where her love of basketball began. Carly’s journey is marked by many remarkable achievements, including graduating as a standout from St Mary’s, an All-West Coast Conference Honourable Mention and WCC All-Academic Honourable Mention.

Head Coach Dee Butler states “it’s so special to have Carly return to DV and I know she will be a sentimental favourite for our Eagles family. Carly is such a quality person with high grit and excellent basketball IQ.” Further enhancing the teams culture Dee announces “we are thrilled to have her bring her leadership and experience to our group. We are already impressed with Carly’s commitment and professionalism and feel very grateful that we can share this amazing feat with her as she returns to the court for the first time since becoming a Mum late last year.”

Carly further cementing her commitment to the team shares her excitement “to be returning to Diamond Valley, my home club, and to be surrounded by old friends and also have my family close by.
